About the role
Justintime Healthcare is seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Carer to support the safe, person-centred delivery of care across Bradford, Preston, Huddersfield, Leeds and Wakefield. This is a full-time, field-based role supporting care staff, service users, families and the wider Homecare Division.
What you will do
- Provide senior operational support to care staff and help maintain safe, consistent care delivery.
- Carry out service-user visits, spot checks and observations, escalating concerns promptly.
- Support rota coverage, staffing coordination and continuity of care.
- Monitor care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding requirements and company procedures.
- Support audits, quality assurance activity, incident follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Liaise professionally with service users, families, carers, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate service-delivery, medication, health and safety, safeguarding or welfare concerns.
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential records.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a senior care, care-coordination or supervisory care role.
- Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and care-plan compliance.
- Confident communication, sound judgement and the ability to support a dispersed care team.
- Ability to travel across Bradford, Preston, Huddersfield, Leeds and Wakefield.
- Commitment to completing required training, checks and onboarding requirements.
