Respect and Professionalism

All employees, contractors, affiliates, users, and representatives of Justintime Group and Cliqe Solutions Limited must conduct themselves with respect and professionalism in all interactions.

This includes treating colleagues, candidates, clients, and other stakeholders with dignity, fairness, and consideration, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected or personal characteristic.

Commitment to Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Personal data collected, processed, or stored through our websites, applications, and internal systems should be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, professional obligations, and company policies.

Employees and authorised users must safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse, loss, or alteration.

Confidentiality of Information

Sensitive and proprietary information must be protected. This includes client data, candidate records, care information, business strategies, intellectual property, system records, and internal communications.

Information should only be accessed or shared on a need-to-know basis, in line with company policy, operational requirements, or lawful instruction.

Data Protection and Security

  • Users must maintain the security of company data and information systems.
  • Strong passwords, secure devices, and approved access methods should be used at all times.
  • Suspected breaches, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorised access must be reported immediately.
  • Sensitive information submitted through the website or application is protected online and offline using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
  • Where sensitive information, including care-related or medical history, is collected, it should be handled securely and only for legitimate operational purposes.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We collect information that is voluntarily provided to us through our websites, applications, email, forms, or direct contact. We use this information to respond to enquiries, process applications, support recruitment, provide services, manage operational requests, and maintain business records.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share information outside our organisation where necessary to fulfil a request, provide a service, meet operational requirements, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate business and safeguarding interests.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you by email about relevant service updates, operational notices, application progress, or changes to this policy.

Location Data in the Care App

The Cliqe Care App may request access to a staff member's device location when the staff member signs in, clocks in, clocks out, or records care activity during a scheduled visit. Location access is used for care-delivery functionality, visit verification, safety, audit, and safeguarding purposes.

We use location data to help confirm that care staff are at, or near, the correct client location when attending a scheduled care visit. This supports accurate electronic visit verification, care records, service quality monitoring, and protection of clients and staff.

Location data is not used for advertising, profiling for marketing, or sale to third parties. We do not sell location data. We only share location information where necessary for care operations, safeguarding, legal compliance, regulatory obligations, dispute investigation, fraud prevention, or with authorised service providers acting on our instructions.

Location access can be turned off through the device settings. If location permission is disabled or unavailable, some visit verification features may not work fully and the app may ask the staff member to use an approved fallback verification method, such as QR-code or manual verification.

Location records may include latitude, longitude, accuracy, timestamp, visit reference, staff user reference, and related audit information. These records are stored securely and retained only for as long as needed for care delivery, payroll/audit checks, legal, regulatory, safeguarding, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.

Ethical Use of Technology

Company technology and platform resources must be used responsibly and ethically. Users must not install unauthorised software, make unauthorised system changes, attempt to bypass security controls, perform data mining, transmit harmful code, or use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Declaration of Use: By using our website or application, you agree to use it only for lawful, legitimate business and service engagement purposes.
